What times would be good to schedule your appointment? 
Appointments are scheduled at the following times, for fifty minutes:

Use the control key (PC) and command key (Mac) to make multiple selections.
We have a lot to discuss!  Please schedule a double block of time (an hour and forty minutes).
Even though you have told me that meeting to go over tax data helps to minimize errors and find opportunities for tax savings, I’m just going to mail you my data and signed engagement letter, or drop it off at your office, no later than March 18.  I understand this is not likely to reduce tax preparation costs.
I’m not going to try to have you prepare my tax return by April 15.  I will provide to you no later than March 18 my signed engagement letter and any data I wish you to use to estimate my tax liability so you can prepare my request for automatic extension.
